Judge Farrell is currently finalizing the collation and publication of a media tool kit being complied by Dr. Alissa Sklar, Senior Researcher and Communications Specialist with the International Centre for Youth Gambling Problems and High Risk Behaviors at McGill University; that publication is due to be disseminated nationally within the next several months.
